Adiuva S.r.l. ("Adiuva", "we", "us") owns and operates internationalcouncil.it and the brand International Council. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have under GDPR (EU 2016/679).

- Contact data you provide voluntarily (name, work email, phone, company)
- Browsing data via cookies (see Cookie Policy)
- Communications (emails, call recordings if you consent)
- Course / learner data if you become a client (CEFR levels, attendance, progress)
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- To deliver the service you have contracted (contract, art. 6(1)(b))
- To meet legal obligations (accounting, tax - art. 6(1)(c))
- To send commercial communications, only with your explicit consent (art. 6(1)(a)), revocable any time
4. Retention
Enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact. Client data: for the duration of the contract plus 10 years (Italian tax law). You may request earlier deletion if no legal obligation requires retention.
5. Sharing
Your data may be processed by appointed data processors (hosting, email, payment via Flywire, CRM). We sign Data Processing Agreements with each. Data stays on EU servers wherever possible. No data is sold to third parties.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
