V. Terms of Service Last update 2026

Terms of Service.

These terms govern the use of the internationalcouncil.it website and the contractual relationship between Adiuva S.r.l. and its clients for language training services. Italian law applies.

1. Service provider

Adiuva S.r.l. Via Durini 7, 20122 Milano (Italy)
P.IVA / VAT: 06279150962
Email: business@internationalcouncil.it

2. Use of the website

The website is provided as-is. Adiuva tries to keep information accurate but does not guarantee absence of errors or interruptions. Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.

3. Bookings and contracts

Browsing the site is not a contract. A binding agreement is created only when Adiuva sends and the client countersigns a written proposal specifying course, duration, location, format and price. Each agreement is governed by the General Terms attached to the proposal.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the site are indicative listings for individuals and small groups. Enterprise pricing is always personalised. Prices include 22% VAT unless otherwise stated. Adiuva reserves the right to update listed prices without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer or via Flywire (for international clients). Terms (down payment, instalments, milestones) are defined in the individual proposal.

6. Cancellation

The cancellation policy is in each signed proposal. As a rule: full refund within 14 days of signing if the course has not started; pro-rata refund for unused lessons after start, in line with the proposal.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, design, "Council Method", "Council Learning Guarantee" trademarks) is owned by Adiuva S.r.l. or used under license. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Adiuva's liability is limited to the value of the contracted programme. We make no promise of specific exam results beyond the written "Council Learning Guarantee" attached to each enterprise proposal.

9. Applicable law and venue

Italian law applies. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
